Sarah Iremonger is a multidisciplinary visual artist, based in Co. Cork, Ireland. Using found, created and adapted images and objects, as well as painting, drawing, photography, digital media, neon and video, to investigate ideas about how we understand and navigate ideas of 'Being'. Associations and contexts are mixed up to explore philisophical theories around technology, art, history and nature.

Guesthouse Images
Desert Union at ‘worlds end’ The Guesthouse, Cork, October 23rd - 28th 2011 was an installation of this project at a formative stage. Using research
material, new and past work all put to use in a playful and considered
arrangement to express the nature of the development process itself.
Unionizing the desert is symbolic of the possibility of shifting a point of view from one position to another.
Here the desert asserts its rights for recognition!
